5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.
• Shipping charge: ₹50 per order. Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are only accepted if the product seal is intact and unbroken.
• Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after return verification.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
